We are looking for a cleaner/handyman/general maintenance person. We have work available for 2 days per week for the next 3 months.
We want a person who can slot into an existing operations team. If you have an excellent work ethic, punctuality, and taking pride in yourself and your work, read on.
ERF350 is a shared creative space located in Melville, Johannesburg. We operate in the creative, social and broadcast media industry. Our venue is open to the public and we expect the property to be neat and presentable at all times.
You should be hard-working, loyal and honest. You should have experience in general building maintenance, gardening and cleaning. You will be required to work according to a schedule of cleaning and maintenance tasks and be able to assist with hanging of frames, general furniture and fixture maintenance, painting, waterproofing and gardening. You should be competent in operating a drill, electric saw and other general tools.
Requirements:
- Available Tuesdays and Fridays (07:00 – 17:00)
- South African citizen
- Updated CV with current references
- Expected daily rate
- Candidates with a valid driver’s license and vehicle will take preference
